FEES SCHEDULEThe daily fee schedule includes scheduling and administering the session(s), preparation for the mediation, conducting the mediation session(s), lunch and refreshments for all in attendance (full day mediation), and all expenses incurred by the mediator.A cancellation fee will be administered on those occasions when I am charged a cancellation fee by the facility booked for the mediation. Fee schedule for full day mediationClaim for damages is under $50,000:Two or three parties $1,000.00 per party Four or more parties By agreement Claim for damages is $50,000 or more: Two or three parties $1,250.00 per party Four or more parties By agreement Fee schedule for half day mediationClaim for damages is under $50,000:Two or three parties $500.00 per party Claim for damages is $50,000 or more: Two or three parties $625.00 per party Four or more parties By agreement Family Mediations$250.00 per party for two hour mediation plus $125.00 per party per hour after second hour. |
