FEES SCHEDULE

The daily fee schedule includes scheduling and administering the session(s), preparation for the mediation, conducting the mediation session(s), lunch and refreshments for all in attendance (full day mediation), and all expenses incurred by the mediator.

Fee schedule for full day mediation

Claim for damages is under $50,000:
Two or three parties $1,000.00 per party
Four or more parties By agreement

Claim for damages is $50,000 to $100,000:
Two or three parties $1,250.00 per party
Four or more parties By agreement

Fee schedule for half day mediation

Claim for damages is under $50,000:
Two or three parties $500.00 per party

Claim for damages is $50,000 to $100,000:
Two or three parties $625.00 per party
Four or more parties By agreement

Claims for damages of more than $100,000, please contact us for a custom quotation.

Family Mediations

$250.00 per party for two hour mediation plus $125.00 per party per hour after second hour.

Cancellation Fee

In the event a scheduled mediation is cancelled, for any reason, within seven (7) business days of the date on which it is set, a cancellation fee will be assessed to the party responsible.
